Shelly Brown's Poetry Schmoetry Blogfest!

WELCOME, WELCOME EVERYONE!
COME JOIN IN SHELLY BROWN'S
(Of Small Town Shelly Brown and Writing With Shelly fame)
POETRY SCHMOETRY BLOGFEST PARTY!

You can even still join in the fun yourself - just go to Shelly's blog, sign up, and follow her!
Once you're there, follow all the links you'd like and enjoy the poetry party at a bunch of other blogs.

And you'll want to read Shelly's blog ALL the time because she's so funny & awesome & you DON'T want to be left out of such extraordinariness, no way, no how!

I'm notorious for spouting off random, ridiculous rhymes around my house. I'm sure they're also notoriously irksome, but I can't stop myself no matter how hard I try! Which, I admit, is not very hard at all.

So here's what I brought to the party—

MY HAIKU SCHMAIKU

My missing marble
just turned up in the washer
Ah, my brain is fixed.

That's all she wrote. There isn't any more.
Good-bye.

I LOVE YOUR POEM! It's so funny! I'm glad to hear you fixed your brain, but I'm pretty sure you're still missing a few marbles. ;P

I really enjoyed this Haiku--so funny. And I happen to be fascinated with marbles. That's a cool one.

Love the twist at the end, you never know where those damn marbles will get to when you lose hold of them.
